Your practice spans corporate law, capital markets, securities, governance, board matters, M&A;, and equity management. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, you will support strategic initiatives and significant corporate matters while strengthening processes, governance practices, and tools.Key Responsibilities:

Lead public-company reporting and governance cyclesAdvise on securities, financing,



and capital markets transactionsManage corporate structure and subsidiary governance mattersSupport M&A; transactions from structuring through closingAssist Coveo’s Board and committees with governance mattersRequirements:

At least five years of relevant corporate law experienceAbility to independently manage sophisticated matters and transactionsExceptional communication and sound judgmentStrong business judgment and commercial understandingStrong French and English communication skillsBring corporate law, securities, governance, and strategic transaction expertise to Coveo’s publicly listed technology business.
