As General Manager, you will hire, train, and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices. You will manage scheduling, P&L; control, sales forecasting, recruiting, and interviewing. Requirements:

- Previous restaurant management experience is required
- Experience managing schedules and restaurant P&L;
- Experience with food safety and sales forecasting
- Recruiting experience and a people-development focus
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift 50 pounds
