Lead complex contract negotiations for MDA Space while managing commercial risk, lifecycle execution, and compliance across external agreements.

As a Senior Contracts Specialist, you will manage agreements from RFI initiation through award, subcontracting, renewal, and closure. The work supports MDA Space customers, subcontractors, and other third parties. You will coordinate technical, schedule, quality, and customer requirements across internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and negotiate external terms and conditions
- Manage third party contracts, changes, claims, and invoicing
- Coordinate governing terms and customer requirement flow down
- Analyze obligations and support contractual compliance




- Maintain complete records of contractual commitments

Requirements:

- Post secondary degree or diploma, or eight years’ experience
- Complex transaction experience in space, aerospace, defense, or high technology
- Knowledge of SACC, ESA clauses, ITB, CGP, or ITAR
- Understanding of third party selection and onboarding
- Reliability status clearance and Controlled Goods assessment eligibility
