You will direct foundations and earthworks while coordinating safety, quality, schedules, engineering, survey, environmental, and client teams. The work includes large-scale excavation, grading, drainage, concrete foundations, and site logistics.Key Responsibilities:

Superintendent experience in renewable, heavy civil, industrial, or infrastructure constructionExperience leading large-scale earthworks and concrete foundation scopesKnowledge of excavation, dewatering, reinforcing steel, concrete, and backfillingAbility to interpret drawings, specifications, surveys, schedules, and tolerancesWillingness to travel and work at project sites as requiredBring renewable construction leadership, foundation expertise, and field coordination skills to Bird’s wind energy projects across Canada.
