Frequent travel is required.This Project Manager oversees commercial construction work from planning through closeout. The role manages scope, staffing, budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation. It also requires blueprint reading, cost control, code compliance, and coordination with internal departments, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities:

installation progress, and closeout documentationRequirements:
Two to five years of Project Manager experience requiredAdvanced knowledge of commercial construction practices and building codesAbility to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings, and plansProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related Office toolsHigh school diploma required;
