Lead AI engineering across Chubb Canada’s Audit+ program, applying Python, LLM tooling, and scalable production systems to controls automation. This is a full time role.As Assistant Vice President Lead AI Engineer, you will build foundational capabilities with regional teams. Your work spans generative AI applications, end-to-end machine learning pipelines, and production-grade platform engineering. The focus includes Claims, underwriting, Finance, and Technology.Key Responsibilities:

Strong Python and additional TypeScript, Go, or Java coding abilityKnowledge of Transformers, prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic frameworksExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and high-scale servicesExperience with Kafka and observable production systemsKnowledge of responsible AI, model risk, and governanceBring hands-on architecture, LLM engineering, and AI governance expertise to scalable Audit+ capabilities at Chubb Canada.
