Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives.Manage cross-functional, distributed teams and stakeholder expectations.Oversee vendors, budgets, and program governance.Ensure operational readiness and post-implementation success.Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in program or project management for multi-million-dollar initiatives.Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills.PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred.Experience in banking, financial services, or technology programs is a plus.Seniority level
