Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fieldThree to five years supporting improvement or organizational development initiativesStrong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, coaching, and consultation skillsExperience with process mapping, workflow analysis, or continuous improvementMicrosoft Office, collaboration tools, and SharePoint proficiencyBring organizational development, change management, and leadership coaching expertise to improve performance for WCB-Alberta teams and leaders.
