As the main point of contact between customers and the service department, you’ll guide them throughout the maintenance or repair process. By listening carefully and communicating clearly, you’ll make sure they understand the recommended work and stay informed about their vehicle’s progress.Your responsibilities
Welcome customers professionally and courteously.Listen to their needs and advise them on recommended maintenance and repairs.Prepare estimates and clearly explain the work to be done.Closely track repair progress and keep customers updated.Work closely with technicians and other departments.Help develop preventive services and maintenance programs.What we’re looking for
At least one year of experience in automotive customer service or a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.Good knowledge of the automotive industry;
experience with a DMS is an asset.Initiative, a positive attitude, and a strong team spirit.Strong spoken and written French;
