This full-time permanent role offers hybrid work with regular Edmonton office attendance.Reporting to the Director, Professional Development, the Curriculum Instructional Designer supports continuing competence and safe practice for LPNs and HCAs. You will align curriculum with regulatory requirements, standards, strategic goals, and adult learning best practices. The role combines needs analysis, visual design, evaluation, and quality assurance.Key Responsibilities:

Post-secondary nursing education or equivalent education and experienceThree years of diverse clinical nursing experience requiredThree years of curriculum and eLearning design experienceStrong adult learning and instructional design knowledgeEnglish fluency, editing experience, and advanced computer skillsBring healthcare knowledge, instructional design mastery, and careful evaluation to CLHA learning resources serving Alberta LPNs and HCAs.
