Lead electrical distribution operations at Niagara Peninsula Energy Inc. across Niagara Falls, Lincoln, Pelham, and West Lincoln with powerline expertise.Reporting to the Director of Operations, this supervisor oversees construction, operations, and maintenance for NPEI’s distribution system. The position guides crews, supports reliability, and coordinates safe, effective production across the service territory. It also provides emergency, project, contractor, and stakeholder direction.Key Responsibilities:
Direct construction and maintenance activities for system reliabilityGuide crews during emergencies and formulate outage restoration plansReview project plans, work requests, overtime,



and equipment mapsOversee contractors and confirm regulatory project completionProvide after-hours operational support on a rotating basisRequirements:
Certified Journeyperson Powerline TechnicianEight years’ Journeyperson experience within an electrical utilityClass DZ licenceAdvanced knowledge of overhead and underground distribution systemsKnowledge of Ontario utility safety codes and regulationsApply powerline leadership, outage coordination, and distribution-system knowledge as NPEI’s Operations Supervisor across Niagara.
