Influence designs, deployments, and support across stores.As Staff Technology Operations Lead, you will work within the Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio Team. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Product, and Stores Engineering teams. Your work will support front and back of stores systems while improving portfolio management practices, monitoring, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Act as Lead Engineer modernizing front and back of stores systemsPrioritize technology work, provide guidance, and resolve issuesInfluence software solution design, deployment, and supportDevelop standards and tools for monitoring and analysisReduce operational burden through continuous process improvementsRequirements:
Experience with Azure InfrastructureExperience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectureDemonstrated ability using Splunk for log analysisExperience with AppDynamics or similar APM toolsApply Azure, Splunk, APIs, and performance monitoring expertise to modernize TJX Canada’s technology operations and stores systems.
