The position focuses on executing maintenance programs, supporting employees, and driving operational success. You will coordinate planned work while maintaining standards for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:




Plan daily and weekly preventative maintenance work listsPlan and implement project work lists and dutiesCoordinate crew work to meet maintenance and production targetsEnsure preventative maintenance programs are followed within budgetProvide direction and support to employeesRequirements:
Substantial experience scheduling maintenance across multiple tradesWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational skills in changing business conditionsKnowledge of electronic maintenance programs considered an assetInterprovincial Trade Qualification considered an assetApply maintenance scheduling, operational coordination, and people leadership to support protected performance at Canfor’s Elko sawmill.
