Our client, a major public sector organization in British Columbia, is seeking a Unit4 Financial ERP System Administrator and Support Specialist to join their team on a contract basis.

This role will work closely with the internal IT and Financial Systems teams to support, configure, and enhance the Unit4 ERP system, ensuring smooth system operations and seamless technical integrations.

This is a 1-year contract to start - hybrid position 2 days a week in Vancouver.

What You’ll Do

- Configure the Unit4 Agresso ERP software system (version 7.10+ and Unit4 ERPcr)
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth daily operations
- Identify and resolve technical issues, including system errors and malfunctions
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed
- Maintain system security and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Support SQL integration with the ERP system, including writing SQL code for querying, troubleshooting, and integrations




- Facilitate web service integrations and ensure proper functioning within the ERP system
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for system use and maintenance
- Collaborate with internal Financial Systems Analysts, BAs, ERP Supervisors, DBAs, and Integration Developers

What You Bring

- 6+ years of hands-on experience working with Unit4 ERP / ERPcr software systems
- Experience with Unit4 integrations and the Unit4 Extension Kit
- Experience creating and supporting Microsoft Azure Logic Apps integrations
- Robust skills in SQL, web services, and API integrations
- Solid understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
- Experience with system integration and data migration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships across teams
