Director of Operations & Manufacturing

Ever wanted to build a factory from scratch?

I’m working with an cutting-edge industrialized construction company in Vancouver. You’d set up the Vancouver site, build the team, and create the playbook they’ll use to scale to a larger plant and expand across Canada and Europe.

What you’d own:

- Manufacturing and production
- Supply chain and procurement
- Facilities, logistics and transportation
- Working along side Senior Management, HR teams to hire and grow the operations team over the next 3+ years

Who I’m looking for:

- A senior manufacturing or operations leader who has run multiple functions at once
- Someone who has launched or scaled a facility before, or really wants to
- A background in building products, construction, engineered products or industrial manufacturing (a big plus)
- Lean or Six Sigma (nice to have)

Vancouver, BC | On-site | Permanent

$170,000 to $185,000 CAD per year

If you love a blank slate and want to own the whole journey, let’s chat. Send me a DM, or tag someone who’d be perfect for this
