Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec

Salary: CAD $60,000–$70,000 + benefits

Schedule: Full time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday

Start: ASAP

Reports to: Controller

About the Role

Global Manufacturer Canada is seeking a bilingual Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments, resolve discrepancies and support cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and apply customer payments accurately.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Resolve account discrepancies and monitor outstanding balances.
- Ensure compliance with customer credit terms.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support the Controller.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of AR or related accounting experience.




- DEC in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Professional fluency in French and English.
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of the accounting cycle.
- ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
- Hands-on collections, payment processing and reconciliation experience.
- Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Vaudreuil-Dorion.
