Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relation Specialist. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, orders, and concerns





- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Create quotes with the help of customer service team

- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement

- Resolve customer complaints in a skilled and timely manner

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Email/Call new prospects introducing company products and services

- Follow up and negotiate with existing customers quotes and inquiries

- Manage sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the senior management

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (multilingual skills are a plus)

- Excellent Computer and Microsoft Office skills

- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- 5 years customer relations or related experience is required

- Analytical mindset to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
