We are looking for a full-time Intermediate Revit Drafter with the potential to lead our drafting team. Responsibilities include preparing structural drawings and 3D models, assisting engineers with the layout of structures, and coordinating drawings with other consultants. Robust wood frame modelling experience and a minimum of five years in a structural drafting position are required.

SUMMARY

- Full-time Intermediate Revit Drafter.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare Structural drawings and 3D models that meet company standards.
- Assist Engineers with the layout of structures.
- Coordinate drawings with other consultants.
- Support and mentor other drafters, with the opportunity to grow into leading the drafting team.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
- Proficient with Revit, with strong wood frame modelling experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Thorough understanding of Structural and Architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with structural materials and construction processes.
- Strong organizational and self-directed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

- Ability to work in a team environment and work towards common goals.

REQUIRED TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a structural drafting position, including wood frame projects.
- BCIT or VCC Drafting Certification (or equivalent) preferred.
