Accounts Receivable Agent. This is an excellent prospect to join a well-structured team that offers stability, growth potential, and a collaborative work environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support day-to-day A/R activities: invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reminder calls as needed
Verify and reconcile customer accounts to ensure data accuracy
Help maintain and update receivables reports
Communicate with clients to follow up on past-due balances with professionalism and courtesy
