SRG London is recruiting for a Payroll Manager for a fast growing manufacturing client in London, ON. This post is for an existing vacancy. This role reports to the Director, Global Compensation and Benefits.

Responsibilities (Not limited to):

- Lead and develop payroll team, setting performance objectives and supporting ongoing growth and annual reviews
- Manage bi-weekly payroll processing across 5 Canadian entities in multiple jurisdictions (Ontario, Newfoundland, Quebec, and Alberta)
- Conduct payroll audits, variance analysis, and ensure accurate calculations for wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits
- Manage payroll reporting, year-end processes (T4/RL1), audits, and compliance with evolving legislation
- Administer employee benefits and pension programs, including enrollments, contributions, reconciliations, and employee support




- Support payroll system improvements, maintain and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient payroll operations

Requirements:

- 10 years of experience in Canadian payroll, pension, and benefits administration, including 3 years in a people management role
- Experience with Dayforce is ideal*
- PLP Designation is an asset
- Experience managing and processing multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction payrolls
