Job DescriptionCapgemini is looking for a Delivery/Solutions Architect who can blend robust architectural expertise with hands‑on delivery leadership. You will be responsible for developing robust solution designs, driving architectural reviews, and ensuring project teams execute against the defined architecture and non‑functional requirements. This role is highly client‑facing, requiring someone who can lead technical discussions, influence stakeholders, and support cloud transformation journeys from strategy through execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture
Develop comprehensive High-Level Designs (HLDs) aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Lead and drive architecture reviews, ensuring adherence to 4C model (Context, Containers, Components, Code).
Prepare and maintain all architectural artefacts, including:
Application communication diagrams
Sequence diagrams
Security and threat modelling diagrams
Data flow diagrams
Data governance requirements
Evaluate architectural options, clearly articulating trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.
Lead security reviews and ensure all architectural and data governance concerns are addressed.
Delivery Management
Responsible for ensuring the end‑to‑end delivery of the engagement.
Oversee release cycles,



proactively identifying and escalating issues related to security, architecture, or design alignment with the HLD.
Ensure delivery teams remain aligned with architectural direction, non‑functional requirements, and development standards.
Coordinate across cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
Stakeholder Leadership
Engage and manage diverse stakeholders including product owners, business partners, development teams, and security/governance groups.
Communicate architectural decisions, risks, and delivery updates in a clear and structured manner.
PreSales, Customer Engagement & Go-to-Market Support
Lead client conversations, technical workshops, assessments, and solution presentations.
Shape cloud transformation strategies and develop migration roadmaps aligned with business priorities, IT security requirements.
Support RFP/RFI processes, architectural solutioning, technical defense reviews, and bid responses.
Required Skills And Experience
Strong experience in solution architecture and technical delivery roles.
Solid understanding of AWS services, cloud architecture patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency with key AWS services relevant to enterprise environments (e.G., EC2, Lambda, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail).




Experience designing and executing cloud migration strategies across On‑Prem AWS/GCP/Hybrid environments.
Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance frameworks, including IAM, WAF, GuardDuty, and other security services.
Hands‑onor strong working knowledge of Java, Angular, and Node.Js ecosystems.
Knowledge of data architecture including data flows, governance, and integration patterns.
Experience with performance tuning, diagnostics, and performance‑monitoring toolsets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience within the banking or financial services industry.
Exposure to regulatory, compliance, and data governance frameworks relevant to financial institutions.
Work Environment
Hybrid work model: minimum of 3 days in office/client site.
Travel: within GTA (up to 10%).
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,900 - $190,630 CAD. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
