Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Xactimate Analyst to review, prepare, and analyze property damage estimates using Xactimate. This role supports accurate, well-documented claim and repair estimates while helping customers and project teams understand scope, pricing, and next steps. The ideal candidate combines strong analysis skills with clear communication, sound judgment, and a customer-focused approach.

Duties

- Prepare, review, and revise Xactimate estimates for property repairs, ensuring scopes and line items are accurate and complete.
- Analyze damage documentation, photographs, measurements, reports, and other supporting materials to determine appropriate repair scope.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential estimating issues; recommend practical resolutions.
- Communicate estimate details and revisions clearly to customers, contractors, adjusters, and internal teams.
- Use negotiation skills to discuss scope differences and work toward well-supported, skilled resolutions.
- Provide responsive, courteous customer service throughout the estimating and review process.
- Maintain organized estimate files, notes,



documentation, and follow-up records.
- Manage multiple assignments and deadlines using strong organizational skills.
- Stay current with Xactimate tools, estimating practices, and relevant repair methods.

Experience

- Entry level Experience preparing or reviewing property damage estimates in Xactimate
- Familiarity with construction, restoration, insurance claims, or property repair processes is an asset.
- Demonstrated analysis skills, including the ability to interpret documentation and identify inconsistencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
- Negotiation experience or the ability to discuss estimate differences constructively is preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of relevant training and experience will be considered.

Pay: $55,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
