Job Overview

- ABV is seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Paint & Flooring Sales Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and provide exceptional customer service.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience managing sales, inventory, and customer relationships.
- Strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential requirements for this position.
- Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Service
- Assist customers with paint and flooring selections.
- Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and sales orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and sales opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.

Team Leadership

- Lead, train, and support the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and encourage team growth.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Inventory & Store Operations

- Oversee purchasing, inventory, and product orders.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure orders are accurate.
- Maintain organized customer records and documentation.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Manage daily operations and prioritize deadlines.





Required Qualifications

- Solid computer skills – mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills – mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and computerized ordering systems.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently
- Previous sales or management experience preferred.
- Paint, flooring, or building materials experience is an asset.

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
