Job Overview

Canada Post is seeking an organized, customer-focused administrative skilled to support daily office operations. The role involves assisting customers, managing records, handling correspondence, and keeping front-desk and clerical tasks running smoothly. Candidates with experience in a medical or dental office are welcome, though this experience is not required.

Responsibilities

- Welcome visitors and provide courteous, professional customer service and customer support.
- Answer and route calls using multi-line phone systems, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Perform accurate data entry, typing, proofreading, filing, and document organization.
- Maintain records and support routine bookkeeping tasks; use QuickBooks when needed.
- Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for documents, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling.




- Assist with general administrative duties and help keep office information organized and up to date.
- Support front-desk operations and respond to customer questions in a timely manner.

Experience

- Office, clerical, administrative, or front-desk experience is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication are important.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data-entry tools is preferred.
- QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is helpful.
- Medical office experience, dental office experience, or experience as a dental receptionist is welcome but not required.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
