- The Victim Notification System (VNS) Modernization Projectrequires a temporary Programmer/Developer (L3) with experience in systemintegration, solution implementation, and application development to supportthe successful delivery of the VNS modernization initiative. The resource willbe responsible for supporting the configuration, integration, testing,deployment, and operational readiness of a Vendor Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)solution that will modernize victim notification services and integrate withthe Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS).

- The successful proponent will be responsible for translatingbusiness requirements, functional specifications, integration requirements, andtechnical designs into secure, reliable, and tested solution components. Thisincludes supporting OTIS-VNS integration development, coordinating with vendortechnical teams, performing system and integration testing, troubleshootingtechnical issues, implementing defect fixes, and ensuring compliance withsecurity, privacy, and accessibility standards.

- The resource will also support deployment, knowledgetransfer, post-implementation stabilization activities, and ongoing technicalcollaboration with business stakeholders, project teams, and vendor partners toensure the successful delivery of a modern, victim-centered notificationsolution..

- Vendor SaaS Solution: Support the Vendor SaaS VictimNotification System (VNS), ensuring alignment with business, security, privacy,and accessibility requirements

- OTIS-VNS Integration: support integrations between OTIS andthe Vendor SaaS VNS solution.

- Testing, Quality Assurance, and Defect Resolution: SupportVendor in System Integration Testing (SIT),



User Acceptance Testing (UAT),performance testing, defect analysis, remediation activities, and deploymentreadiness assessments.

- Technical Vendor Coordination and Ongoing Support:Collaborate with vendor technical teams, ministry stakeholders, infrastructureteams, security specialists, and OTIS support teams to resolve issues, managetechnical dependencies, and support project delivery milestones.

- 10+ experience building and maintaining stable, secure andscalable web & desktop applications using Azure Cloud and MS .Nettechnologies and tools

- Experience in DevOps CI/CD.
