This is more than a traditional BA role — you will shape decisions, influence stakeholders, and drive real business impact.

Responsibilities:

Drive Business Impact Break down complex problems and identify opportunities Define KPIs, success metrics, and business value Build business cases and support value realization Lead Client Engagements Lead client workshops and stakeholder sessions Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams Translate business needs into data & analytics solutions Deliver clear, compelling executive presentations Define KPIs, success metrics, and value drivers Bridge Business & Technology Gather and translate business & data requirements Create user stories, process flows, and solution designs Collaborate with data, BI, and AI teams Drive Execution Excellence Work in Agile or hybrid delivery environments Support backlog management, prioritization,
