- 2+ years restaurant management or senior supervisory experience
- Solid leadership — you set the tone on a busy floor
- Comfortable with scheduling, cash reconciliation, and vendor/ops basics
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual English/French an asset
