Protect and serve as a full-time Security Specialist in Calgary, Alberta. This role focuses on creating a safe environment through compassion, respect, and effective crisis intervention. The Security team at our Calgary location is seeking dedicated individuals for a full time position. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the facility, engaging with various community members, and responding calmly to high-pressure situations. We seek candidates who are energetic and self-directed, committed to dignity and respect in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Champion a respectful, safe environment for all
• Employ non-violent crisis intervention techniques effectively
• Serve as an approachable resource for clients and community members




• Monitor facility through proactive observation and surveillance
• Collaborate with emergency responders for safety

Requirements:
• Valid Alberta Security License is mandatory
• Basic First Aid and CPR/AED Level C certification
• Experience in high-stress or emergency situations
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check Contribute to a supportive and secure environment at our Calgary facility, prioritizing safety and community welfare.
