- Own the design of high-speed analog IC blocks (e.
G., TIA, front-end, equalization)
- Contribute toSerDes architecturesat advanced data rates
- Lead designs from concept throughtape-out and silicon validation
- Perform lab bring-up, measurement, and debugging
- Work closely with layout, digital, and system teams
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong technical cultureWhat We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of experience inAnalog Integrated Circuit Design
- Proven track record ofmultiple IC tape-outs with measured results
- Deep expertise in high-speed design (SerDes, TIA, or front-end circuits)
- Strong understanding of signal integrity, jitter, and high-frequency effects
- Experience with standards likePCI ExpressorUCIeis an assetNice to Have




- Exposure tosilicon photonics or electro-optical interfaces
