OverviewWe’re looking for a seasoned
Senior Systems Engineer
to manage and improve our enterprise infrastructure. You’ll lead complex projects, support on-prem and cloud environments, and drive automation and monitoring enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support VMware, AD, SANs, Cisco UCS, and backup systems
Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives
Optimize monitoring tools and reduce alert fatigue
Collaborate across IT and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
Document processes and troubleshoot escalated issues
Stay current with enterprise IT trends and best practices
Qualifications
10+ years in IT operations and infrastructure
4+ years in public cloud (MS365, Azure)
Strong experience with virtualization, backup (Veeam), and AD/Entra ID
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have
Experience with open-source tools, DevOps (ADO), Intune, and Power Platform
