Our Student Works Painting business is hiring friendly, confident, and reliable individuals for our door‑knocking and lead generation team this spring. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors, talking to recent people, and working in a supportive team environment. You will walk assigned neighbourhoods in East Regina, introduce homeowners to our services, and collect basic information from anyone interested in a free estimate. We provide complete training—including greeting techniques, conversation flow, handling objections, and how to gather qualified lead information professionally and comfortably.




Compensation includes $20/hour plus monetary bonuses for each qualified lead and booked estimate, allowing motivated team members to earn more based on performance. You will work with a partner and follow a structured route, making the job smooth and confidence‑building even for those new to customer interaction.
