Business Engagement & Requirements:
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to understand processes, lead requirements gathering, and translate business needs into intuitive BI solutions.
Hands-On Development & Delivery:
Design, build and maintain analytics solutions using Power BI on Microsoft Fabric.
Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking:
Break down complex requests into actionable tasks, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, ensure accuracy of critical reporting, and drive automation and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, analytics, or related field
4+ years of qualified experience developing Power BI solutions
Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of ETL processes




Demonstrated ability to run meetings or workshops and document evolving requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experienced developing reporting solutions for the retail and/or manufacturing industry
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with data sourced from ERP systems
Experience with, or interest in learning, the Microsoft Fabric stack (PySpark, Fabric Data Pipelines, Data Flows, etc.)
Notes
This is a remote role based within Canada, and will pay between $85,000 - $100,000 with a 10% bonus.
