Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a field-based HR Business Partner to advise and coach a network of Quebec franchise store leaders. You will champion a high-performance, inclusive culture and provide hands-on guidance on HR initiatives 2–3 days per week in stores across the province.

Responsibilities include leading performance management, recruitment, leadership development, and employee relations to ensure the success of independent retail partners within the Shoppers Drug Mart network.
