Responsibilities <

the project goals, and define user and business needs. <

- Conductuser research
and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences,
and pain points. <

- Create wireframes,
prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design
concepts and interactions. <

- Collaborate with
developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing
guidance and support throughout the development process. <

- Continuously iterate and
improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and emerging
industry trends. <

- Act as a mentor and

Requirements <
/h3>

- Bachelor's or Master's
degree in Design, Human -Computer Interaction, or a related field. <

/span>

- 3+ yearsof experience
in UX design, preferably with a focus on end -to -end product design. <

/span>
<
/li>

- Strong portfolio
showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating your ability
to solve complex problems with intuitive and engaging user interfaces. <

/span>
<
/li>

- Proficient in
industry -standard design tools (e.G., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and
prototyping tools (e.G., InVision, Proto.Io). <

/span>

/li>

- Deep understanding of
user -centered design principles and methodologies, and the ability to
apply them in a practical and effective manner. <

/span>

/li>

- Excellent communication
and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design
decisions and influence stakeholders at all levels. <

- Experience working in
Agile development environments is a plus. <
