Job Title: Packager - Jutland
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Packagers to assist with the production of cleaning products. This role involves packing products into containers, adding lids, labeling them, conducting visual checks, stacking on skids, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Candidates will also perform basic quality checks to identify any defects or issues with the finished products before shipment.
Responsibilities

Add lids to containers.
Label containers accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Essential Skills
1+ years of experience in packaging or general labor.
Experience working in a manufacturing workplace.
Comfortable lifting 25lbs.
Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment.
Mechanically inclined.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a large manufacturing plant consisting of two facilities located near each other. The environment can be hot during summer months and may have strong smells such as plastic or perfume. The plant employs over 100 individuals and operates on three shifts. It is a non-union facility. Light labor positions offer a base pay of $17.95,



while heavy labor positions offer $18.45, with additional premiums for afternoon and night shifts. Shift times include days (6:45am - 2:45am), afternoons (2:45pm - 10:45pm), and nights (10:45pm - 6:45am), with current openings available. Candidates should ideally be flexible to work all shifts, with the possibility of shift changes to make up hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.95 - $18.45/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
