We’re looking for a hands‑on General Manager who thrives in a vibrant, fast‑paced environment and loves building teams from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Lead the full restaurant opening from pre‑opening through launch and beyond
Hire, train, and develop a high‑performing FOH team
Drive a fun, energetic, and guest‑focused culture
Own day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth and consistent service
Manage scheduling, labour, and cost controls to hit financial targets
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and build a robust local following
Partner with senior leadership on systems,



standards, and ongoing growth
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of General Manager or senior leadership experience
Experience in high-volume, elevated casual concepts
New opening experience is a strong asset
Strong leadership presence – hands‑on and team‑focused
Solid understanding of labour, COGS, and P&L; basics
Passion for hospitality, people, and creating a great atmosphere
