About the role
Truck operator is part of the mining operations team. The incumbent ensures the transportation
of ore to the surface.
Essential Duties
- Ensure the transportation of ore underground and on the surface
- Respect, know and promote company regulations and policies, particularly with regard to the health and safety
- All other related tasks
Training & Experience
- Qualified Studies Diploma in ore extraction
- Minimum of one year of experience
- Mining modules 1 to 5 and 7
- General explosives permit and valid driver’s license
- Bilingualism French/English is an asset
Working Conditions
- Eleonore mine site (fly-in, fly-out from Montreal, Chibougamau, Matagami, Rouyn-Noranda, Val D'Or and Wemindji)
- Schedule: 14 working days followed by 14 days off
