Reporting to the Director of Pre‐construction, the Estimating Manager will be responsible for the preparation of compliant and comprehensive construction estimates, proposal submissions and documentation related to various types of civil infrastructure major projects. During the bid preparation process, this individual manages the development of construction cost estimates.

What You'll Do Here:

Overall responsibility and management of construction cost estimate development, bid submissions and proposal execution strategies.

Produce detailed cost estimates and proposals that align with overall business objectives and financial requirements.

Compile inputs from various sources to produce organized proposals, detailed cost estimates and P6 schedules.

Collaborate with a team of construction estimators and support personnel to produce the required proposal deliverables.

Review and comment on customer RFP documents, drawings, specifications and contracts.

Develop a strategic and competitive construction approach / execution plan for each proposal.

Identify potential project risks and ensure necessary precautions are implemented to manage exposure.
