About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Test Automation Developer
to join our dynamic product development team. In this role, you will be the quality champion for your pod, taking complete ownership of the testing process from planning to execution. You are not just a tester;

you are a key partner in the development lifecycle, ensuring we launch robust, high-quality products that our users love.
This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, works gracefully under pressure, and is a fast learner, eager to make an immediate impact.

Requirements
Proven

Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience in a test automation role, with a strong portfolio of work on both web and mobile platformsFramework Development: Demonstrated experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks from the ground up. We use Cypress and Maestro in BorrowellTechnical Acumen: Strong understanding of modern application architecture, including REST APIs, mobile applications (iOS/Android), and single-page web applicationsOwnership Mentality: A proactive and self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage all QA activities within your teamExceptional Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersResilience & Agility: You are a quick learner who can ramp up quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.
