Monday to Friday – 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Permanent – Full-time

Role Overview

You will play a key role in coordinating loading operations and supporting a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate loading team and assign tasks
- Support team members and resolve operational issues
- Maintain a positive and productive work workplace
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Oversee end-of-day operations

- Perform manual loading (doors, moldings, materials)
- Prepare orders based on delivery documents
- Verify materials and hardware
- Inspect returned products

Requirements

- Experience as a team lead (manufacturing or shipping)
- Good physical condition (manual handling required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read imperial measurements
- Experience in wood or shipping (asset)
- Reliable and detail-oriented
