As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as a key architectural authority at Bond, guiding solution strategy from early concept through successful delivery. You will work closely with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business objectives.

You will be expected to think beyond individual projects—contributing to long-term architecture direction, standards, and capability evolution across the organization. In this role, you will drive initiatives by providing technical expertise and counsel, ensuring delivery teams and business partners understand architectural options, and recommending solutions that consider total cost of ownership, risks, and the effective leverage of existing assets.

You have
- 10+ years of experience in Software Development
- 5+ years of Architecture experience
- Post-secondary education in computer science or an equivalent field
- Solid time management skills applied to successful solution delivery
- Nice to have experience as a Full-Stack Developer with .NET, C#, and MS SQL Server
- Experience in influencing senior business stakeholders
