Prima Mazda, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Service Department. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, act as liaison between customers and technicians, and promote vehicle maintenance and repairs.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of service/advisor or sales/customer service experience, proficiency with ERP systems (CDK/Reynolds) and CRMs, and a passion for high-energy, detail-oriented execution in a rapid-paced automotive
