What You’ll Do
Underwrite, structure, and monitor floorplan and inventory-backed revolving credit facilities
Partner with originators and leadership on large, complex commercial transactions
Analyze borrower financials, cash flows, working capital, and repayment capacity
Exercise independent credit judgment within policy guidelines
Review collateral, legal documents, and UCC filings to ensure solid credit security




Prepare credit memoranda and present recommendations to senior leadership and credit committees
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in floorplan, inventory finance, or asset-based lending underwriting
Experience supporting or underwriting $10MM+ transactions
Advanced financial statement analysis and cash flow underwriting skills
Strong judgment in evaluating risk, covenants, and collateral structure
Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to executives
