Location: Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 6N2 – On site
Salary: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour (negotiable), 40 hours per week
Employment type: Permanent, Full-time. Shift: Morning. Starts as soon as possible.
Qualifications
Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in construction.
Construction specialization: industrial, commercial and institutional.
Supervision: ability to supervise 1 to 2 people.
Work site environment: outdoors and interior.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: fast‑paced environment, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
Own tools/equipment: steel‑toed safety boots, cellular phone.
Personal suitability:



efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgement, organized, team player.
