We’re looking for a driven, organized, and business‑minded Service Manager to lead the service department at our high‑volume powersports dealership in Saskatoon. This is more than a management role—it’s an prospect to run a business within a business.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead all aspects of the service department including technicians, advisors, and workflow

- Drive shop productivity, efficiency, and profitability

-

- Build and execute plans to grow service revenue and RO count

-

- Manage scheduling, work distribution, and turnaround times

-

- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and communication

-

- Monitor and improve key KPIs including labour gross, effective labour rate, and technician efficiency

- Collaborate with Sales, Parts, and Leadership to maximize total dealership performance

-

- Maintain strong organization across work orders, warranty, and internal processes

- Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team
