A leading engineering services organization is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in Vancouver, BC. This role requires someone with a strategic mindset who can foster a culture of inclusion and growth, and align HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Human Resources, at least 3 years of HR generalist experience, and solid skills in conflict resolution and employee engagement. Competitive compensation offered between $80,000
