The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant (Generalist / HRBP level) to join our fully remote team.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll support multiple organizations across Canada with day-to-day HR needs, employee relations matters, and strategic guidance. What You’ll Be Doing

- Act as a trusted HR partner to multiple clients across Canada
- Lead and support employee relations matters (performance management, terminations, accommodations, discipline)




- Provide practical, compliant HR advice across multiple provinces (ON, BC, AB focus)
- Manage a mix of live client calls/virtual meetings (80%) and ticket-based support (20%)
- Balance competing priorities and make sound, timely decisions
- Support HR projects, policy development, and best practices
- Build strong client relationships through clear, confident communication

What We’re Looking For

- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience (Generalist, HRBP, or similar)
- Strong employee relations experience (this is key)
- Experience in client-facing or consulting environments is a strong asset
- Exposure to multi-provincial HR (Canada)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone + video)
- Strong judgment, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently
- CHRP or CHRL designation (or in progress) preferred
- Experience in unionized, manufacturing, construction, or blue-collar environments is a strong asset
