ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent lawyer will be responsible for handling a majority of the research required by the commercial litigation practice group. You will provide effective and thorough legal research, analysis, and drafting support for your colleagues – this will often take the form of drafting legal research memoranda and arguments at all levels of court, including appellate factums.

Qualifications

Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing





2+ years of post call experience, with an emphasis on commercial litigation

Comfortable with an annual 1750 billable target

Superb drafting and research ability
