PUR RH is supporting a growing Montreal-based organization in the search for a Senior FP&A; Analyst to join its finance team.

Responsibilities

- Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasts
- Build and maintain financial models and projections
- Analyze financial performance and explain variances
- Monitor and track key performance indicators
- Support operational teams with financial insights
- Improve reporting tools and financial processes
- Prepare management reports and presentations

Profile Sought

- Experience in FP&A; or financial analysis
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Robust analytical mindset
- Comfortable working with different teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bilingualism considered an asset
