A technology-enabled healthcare company in Vancouver is seeking a Director of Finance for their M&A; strategy. You will lead financial execution throughout transaction lifecycles, conduct due diligence, and support corporate development and legal teams. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of M&A; or investment banking experience and strong public company reporting knowledge. This full time, permanent role offers a competitive salary range of $140k
